CORCOVADO – SIRENA
Our goal is to offer visitors an opportunity to come and enjoy one of the most wild and beautiful places in the world. Corcovado National Park and Caño Island Biological Reserve have been named among the most intensely biologically diverse places on the planet by National Geographic Magazine.
The waters between the mainland and Caño Island are one of the best places for whale and dolphin watching in the country. Two times a year the whales come to mate or to give birth to their young.

The boat to Sirena takes about an hour to get there. There is a good chance you will see some dolphins on the way there, also whales if it is the right time of year.
The beach where you land is stunning, especially at low tide. The tour is about 5 hours of easy hiking, stopping often to observe the wildlife you come across.
Corcovado Park is the only place in Costa Rica where you have the chance to see all 4 types of monkeys the country has to offer.
Other things that might cross your path are wild pigs, coati mundis, toucans, pumas, and tapirs to name just a few.
You will take a box lunch with you and when the group is ready your guide will find a quite spot for lunch where the Sirena River meets the ocean.
The tour leaves in time to arrive in Drake Bay at around 2:00 pm.
